A Joint Effort. The Division of Juvenile Services of ND Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation has formed a partnership with the ND Association of Counties to promote and implement advanced practices at the community and state level related to juvenile justice prevention, intervention, and treatment activities. Together these entities administer Federal and State grant programs and collaborative activities with other state agencies, units of local government, and community-based organizations to identify and implement innovative solutions to delinquency and youth development problems.
