Aaron was born and raised in Bismarck , went to NDSU and then UND Law School, and then worked as a prosecutor in Cass County. He joined NDACo in 2006 to fill two distinct roles - that of Legal Counsel for the Association, and as Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor. In May of 2022, he was chosen by the Board of Directors to serve as Executive Director.
