Michael is transitioning into the job that Mike Wolf is transitioning out of. Having the same first name was not a requirement of the job. Michael likes to spend time with family. He also officiates football, basketball, softball and fast pitch at both the high school and college level. Fun fact: Michael grew up in New Mexico.
