Description: Learn about the basics of the county budget process and timeline, the role of commissioners and department heads, and how mill levies are calculated to support your budget. We will walk you through the maximum mill levy worksheets and provide guidance on gathering the information needed to create a budget and accurate levy.

Note for Commissioners: This webinar completes your "Budgeting" training requirement.

Note for Treasurers: This webinar completes your "Tax Levies" training requirement.
