Dealing with Difficult Personalities

Description: Difficult people or situations exist in every workplace. Knowing how to deal with them effectively is essential. This training will help you learn how to identify personality or behavioral characteristics that can make some people difficult to get along with. In turn, you will gain helpful tips and techniques to deal with these individuals in an effective manner.
