Description: This course will provide you with an overview of the ND Public Service Commission's jurisdiction over energy conversion and transmission facilities in ND and the criteria used by the Commission when siting an energy conversion or transmission facility. We'll also explore potential topics for local zoning ordinances relating to generation and transmission.
