Description: What can you ask and what kinds of questions do you need to avoid when conducting a job interview. How do you structure an interview and how do you organize interview questions to obtain critical information from job candidates. This webinar will explore the concept of “behavioral based” interview techniques which operates on the premise that the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. It will help organizations establish an interview process that will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and at the same time maintain legal integrity.
