Description: Learn about the most recent mailing changes as well as brush up on some old standbys. Louise Potocki, Mailing Standards Specialist for the Dakotas District will cover proper addressing, tabbing changes for fold self mailers, extra services such as Delivery Confirmation, Insured, Certified, and Registered, the January 2013 rate changes, utilizing online services and claiming discounts for "bulk" mailings.
