Proactive Strategies for Workplace Harassment

Wednesday, April 5 10am - 11am, CT

Description: Workplace protection for employees has expanded from traditional sexual harassment protection to include other areas of inappropriate behavior. Real life harassment experiences will be shared and how issues were resolved under difficult circumstances. Discussion will be centered on what proactive measurers can be put in place to minimize the potential for workplace harassment. Building a culture of respect and providing avenues for people to seek recourse for resolution is critical in building a positive work environment.
