How to Engage With the Public Through Traditional & Social Media

Description: Whether you're repsonding to a media request for information or trying to get your message "out there" to the public, you need to know how to be prepared and how to be heard. This webinar will cover how to write and distribute news releases, deliver interviews and develop your own "voice" to reach the public directly. Learn what NDACo and many counties are doing with Facebook, Twitter and other social media tools to enhance their communication efforts.
