Description: This webinar is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of the key differences between coaching and performance management, as well as equip you with valuable strategies for handling challenging conversations with employees. You will learn how to effectively ask open-ended questions that encourage dialogue, how to serve as a mediator in resolving conflicts, how to help employees understand expectations and improve, and why it is crucial to clearly communicate the reasons behind decisions by telling employees the "why."
