Understanding the Local Update of Census Addresses (or LUCA) Rev

Wednesday, May 9 11am - 12pm, CT

Description: Thirty-five North Dakota counties have signed up for the Census Bureau’s LUCA program. The remaining eighteen have the option to participate under the State of North Dakota’s registration in the program. This presentation will cover the role of LUCA in preparation for Census 2020; how county employees should use Census Bureau’s forms and software. Key to the discussion will be what kinds of housing units should be identified by counites to the Census Bureau and how missing or misplaced housing units are to be reported.
